Due to the nature of this fabric, pilling may occur in certain cases, specifically when layering the garment between other garments. If pilling occurs, we recommend using a lint roller/ remover.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you within the 14 day Returns Policy period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Try on your item to make sure you absolutely love it! If not, you can easily return it in two easy steps:
Step 1: Fill out the return form (this will be inside your delivery box and you will be emailed a link to download it) and place it in the parcel.
Step 2: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
Courier: Ship the parcel to us using a courier. Since we do offer such discounted prices, the cost of the return is at your cost
Collection: Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provide. A shipping fee of R100 will be charged for returns collected by us and will be deducted from the refund due.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
