Returns Policy
General Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return and refund you within the 14 day Returns Policy period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Try on your item to make sure you absolutely love it! If not, you can easily return it in two easy steps:
- Step 1: Fill out the return form (this will be inside your delivery box and you will be emailed a link to download it) and place it in the parcel.
- Step 2: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
- Courier: Ship the parcel to us using a courier. Since we do offer such discounted prices, the cost of the return is at your cost
- Collection: Our courier partner will collect the parcel from the address you provide. A shipping fee of R100 will be charged for returns collected by us and will be deducted from the refund due.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that:
- We do not accept returns on orders that are sent back to us exceeding the 14 day Returns Policy period.
- No refund on shipping fees
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Returns@yeihubshop.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Returns@yeihubshop.com and send your item to: Yeihubshop, 1905 Mpane street Orlando East, , Soweto, Gauteng, 1804, South Africa.
